Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Eric, I head the team that takes care of the 123RF Submission email. Our Thai sales partner has been monitoring this forum for awhile and have asked that the 123RF Content Acquisition team address this post. So do kindly allow me to jump in to clarify a few things.
Most of you must be wondering how 123RF calculates your earnings.
Please understand that there are a few factors that determine the amount you receive from each file licensed:
1.Your tier level
2.Price per credit used to acquire your contentFormula:
Your Earning = Price per Credit x your TIER % x Credits worth for your ContentEg:
Price per credit = 0.68 USD
Your TIER = Level 3
At Level 3, you will get 40% of the commission
Size of image purchased = M, which is 2 creditsThe calculation is:
0.68USD x 40% x 2 credits = 0.544 USD
Our generic retail price page shows that the cheapest price per credit is $0.68. However, to remain competitive, we often give certain amount of discounts to the client especially when they purchase in very large quantities. This explains why some price per credit dips below $0.68.
We also have a price threshold that we will not go below and this difference will be absorbed by 123RF to maintain the threshold earning to be paid to you.
You could do a reverse calculation to check:Formula:
Your earnings / Content Credits Worth = earning Per Credit. Then, use the threshold chart to compare.Eg:
Earning for a M size Image = 0.544 USDReverse Calculation:-
0.544 / 2 = 0.272 per credit
Please check these threshold based on the chart:-
** your per credit should be above your threshold based on the chart above.
** IF you found any irregularity on the threshold figure , please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I hope this clarifies the matter somewhat, you are always welcomed to email us to ask about any issue.
Thank you very much!
