1. SS --> มีหลักฐานรายได้ และการหักภาษี ​ณที่จ่ายมาให้เป็นเอกสารให้โหลดได้จากเว็บ (แต่จริงๆ ยอดเงินไม่ครบเพราะว่ามีเฉพาะยอดที่ลูกค้าเป็น US เท่านั้น)

อันนี้ไปโหลดจากตรงไหนค่ะพี่ๆ หาไม่เจอค่ะ
แล้ว tax id ของ ss อยู่ตรงไหนค่ะ
จะยื่นภาษีผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ต เค้าให้ใส่ tax id ของผู้จ่ายเงินได้ของเราด้วยอะคะ

Withholding Tax น่าจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบตอนนี้ยังไม่สามารถดาวน์โหลดได้ กำัลังสอบถามกับ SS อยู่เช่นกันค่ะ

Tax ID ของ SS เราจะไม่มีข้อมูลในส่วนนี้ค่ะ ในกรณีนี้ควรยื่นแบบด้วยตนเองผ่านสำนักงานสรรพากรสาขาใดก็ได้ที่ใกล้บ้าน
หลายคนใช้วิธีกรอกตัวเลขสมมติเพื่อให้ระบบออนไลน์ทำงาน จะได้ดำเนินการเสียภาษีให้แล้วเสร็จ ซึ่งไม่แนะำนำเพราะเมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบการตรวจสอบของเจ้าหน้าที่สรรพากรฯ
อาจมีปัญหาและทำให้ต้องไปแก้ไข หรือ ต้องมีการสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมในภายหลัง

แต่ผมใช้วิธี Print หน้า Payment History เอาครับ

ส่วน Tax ID ให้ใส่ 000000000001 ไปได้เลยครับ
ใส่แค่ให้มันผ่านเท่านั้นครับ

มีมาให้โหลดแล้วครับบบ วันนี้มีมาแล้ว

เพราะตอนสมัคร agency ต่างๆ ใช้ชื่อเรา แต่ถ้าตอนโอนเงินจาก paypal ให้มาเข้าบัญชีภรรยา เพื่อกระจายรายได้ อย่างนี้ทำได้ไหมครับ

แต่ที่อยากทราบคือ ตอนสมัครเราใช้ชื่อผมคนเดียว สมัคร agency ต่างๆ
ทีนี้ รายได้เราแบ่งใส่ของภรรยาด้วย อย่างนี้ได้ไหมครับ คือสรรพากรเค้าจะต้องเช็คไปถึงชื่อที่สมัครไว้กับ agency เลยไหม ว่าเป็นชื่อใคร

ปีนี้พึงได้เงิน คืน จากการหักภาษี แต่ไม่ได้เอาเงิน stock ไปยื่น จะผิดกฎ มัยครับหรือต้องยื่นตามหลัง เพราะผมก็ งง อยู่ เริ่ม ปีหน้าเลยได้มัย TT

ผมพอจะเข้าใจว่า ถ้าเงินอยู่ใน paypal ไม่โอนเข้าบัญชีไทยจะไม่ต้องเสียภาษี

แต่ผมไม่ค่อยเข้าใจ อยากถามเพิ่มเติมว่า

1.ถ้าเงินจากใน microstock เข้ามาใน paypal แล้วเราไม่ได้โอนเงินเข้าบัญชีไทยเลย
แต่เอาเงินไปใช้ซื้อของผ่านเน็ต ใช้จ่ายอย่างเดียว เช่นจองที่พักในไทย จองที่พักต่างประเทศ ซื้อของจากเว็บ
จะเป็นอะไรไหมครับ ไม่เสียภาษีถูกไหมครับ

2. ถ้าเงินจากใน microstock โอนมา paypal แล้วก็นำไปใช้จ่าย ซื้อของสารพัด
เหลือเงินจำนวนหนึ่ง โอนมาบัญชีไทย จะชี้แจงภาษีอะไรยังไง ครับ(เราเอาเงินไปใช้แล้วบางส่วน ก็จะนับไม่ถูก ของเจ้าไหนบ้าง)

3.ตอนนี้ผมเป็นนักศึกษา ไม่มีรายได้ แต่ถ้าขายภาพแล้วโอน paypal เข้ามาในบัญชีไทย จะเสียภาษีเหมือนกันใช่ไหมครับ และเสียเป็นส่วนของขายภาพอย่างเดียวถูกไหมครับ

คือผมเพิ่งเบิกเงินมาจาก 123rf มาครับ เลยอยากทราบว่าต้องเอาหลักฐานจากที่ไหนแนบใบยื่นเสียภาษีไปครับ หรือว่าให้ print หน้า Payment received from 123RF ที่มียอดเบิกแนบไปครับ แล้วก็เวลาแนบตัวเลขมันเป็นดอลลาร์ แต่เวลากรอกนี่ คือเราเอา 30 คูณแล้วใส่ลงไปเลยใช่ไหมครับ
