ช่วยหาวิธียกเลิกบริการ Creative Cloud ให้หน่อยเถอะครับ

ผมซื้อ แบบ Creative Cloud single-app membership (one-year) 600 ต่อเดือน /1ปี
ยังไม่ถึงเดือน
ตอนนี้ อยากยกเลิก เพื่อซื้อแบบ Complete 1,500

ใช้เมลล์ตอนที่ลงทะเบียนเมลล์ไปก็ไม่ได้โดนตีกลับ มันเป็นเมลล์ห้ามตอบกลับ>>> no-reply@adobe.com

แต่ในเมลล์ตอนลงทะเบียนบอกว่าถ้าใช้ไม่ถืง 30 วัน จะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน

ตามเมล์ที่แจ้ง เค้าบอกให้ Cancel โดยติดต่อที่ Customer Support นิคับ

ผมไม่เคยสมัครนะคับ แต่ปกติ ด้านล่างของเวปไซด์ น่าจะมี พวก contact us หรือ Customer support นะคับ

แจ้งไปแล้วครับ ทางห้อง แชท
ไม่รู้ว่าทีมงานเข้าใจหรือเปล่า

พอแจ้งยกเลิก และบอก Order ID ไป เขาบอกว่าเพื่อความปลอดภัยให้ยืนยันชื่อ ที่อยู่ที่ใช้ในการลงทะเบียน
เขาบอกว่าจะแจ้งทางเมลล์ให้ทราบภายใน 2 -3 วันทำการ

ที่สำคัญผมแนบประโยค คลาสสิคนี้ไปด้วยครับ

ผ่านไป 1 อาทิตย์ เงียบจ้อยเลยครับ
ผมลองหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการยกเลิก
มีแต่คนบ่นครับ ประมาณว่า ทำใมการยกเลิกบริการต้องติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่
ทำไมไม่ทำระบบที่สามารถยกเลยได้ง่ายกว่านี้

มีบางคนเอาบทสนทนา ที่ทะเลาะกับเจ้าหน้าที่มาลง ให้อ่านด้วย /// เหอะๆๆๆ

เข้าไปดูในเวป ADOBE มีวิธีบอกไว้ตามภาพครับ

แต่ความเป็นจริง คือปุ่ม cancle ของผมไม่มีครับ

หรือว่าต้องผ่าน 30 วัน ถึงจะมี///ถ้ายังไม่เกินต้องยกเลิกโดยติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพียงอย่างเดียว หรือเปล่า

ใครใช้เกิน 30 วัน ช่วยดูให้หน่อยเถอะครับ

แต่ทำไมมันไม่ทำให้ผม

เห็นบ่นมาหลายวัน ก็อยากจะช่วยนะครับ แต่ไม่มีประสบการณ์เลยไม่รู้จะช่วยยังไง

ผมเลือกที่จะซื้อผ่านตัวแทนประเทศไทย ก็เพราะเวลามีปัญหาหรือสงสัยอะไร ก็ถามผ่านตัวแทนได้ ให้เขาแก้ปัญหาให้เลยครับ ประมาณว่าเขาจะมีฝ่ายด้านเทคนิคเรื่องนี้อยู่อ่ะครับ ก่อนผมจะลงก็โทรไปถามอยู่หลายรอบว่า แบบนี้ใช่มั้ย อะไร ยังไง ที่ไหน

ไม่ต้องเมล์ไปถาม adobe สบายใจแฮ

หาช่องแชทอยู่นาน ต้องไปเลือกในข้อที่จะยกเลิกเป็นสมาชิค มันถึงมีช่องแชทขึ้นให้..
