ภาพเซทหลังที่ส่งไปไม่ผ่านซักรูปเลยค่ะ เค้าว่าติดปัญหาทางเทคนิค ซึ่งส่งมาทั้ง ss และ is ก็ผ่านมาหมดแล้ว

The file contains non-vector elements
All your vectors designs must be vectorized (including fonts and textures). Vectors automatically generated from photographs are forbidden.
Background
Even if the background is white, you still must add a background layer. Objects without backgrounds will not be accepted.
Composition Problem
- curves must be designed with the curve tool
- gaps must not show between different elements (elements within the vector must form together properly)
Effects problems
Effects such as transparency and gradations must be managed with caution. Please make sure the effects you use are compatible with all vector applications.
Compatibility
To avoid compatibility problems, please save your work in the oldest format version available in your application.
Quality of the JPEG file
For AI/EPS vector files, you must include a high quality JPEG file representing the vector illustration. This JPEG file must achieve the same levels of quality that are requested for photo uploads.
If you selected the free option during the upload process, Fotolia will be informing you if your vector has been integrated to into this section.
ซึ่งก็ดูทุกข้อแล้วหาข้อผิดไม่เจอจริงๆ T T มีใครเจอปัญหาแบบนี้บ้างคะ แล้วต้องแก้ไขยังไงคะ ขอคำแนะนำหน่อยค่ะ
ปล.ที่สงสัยสุดคือข้อสุดท้าย ไฟล์ jpg แต่เราก็เซฟเกิน 3000x5000 pixels แล้ว รูปนึงก็ประมาณ 4-500 kb ไม่แน่ใจว่าถูกต้องรึยัง
