Dear Contributor,
We’d like to remind you that January 21, 2015 is the last day to request a payout of your earnings (for all current payment methods). You will have until 11:59 pm MST on that day to make a request. Payment will occur the following week as per the usual schedule for that payment method.
Any earnings of $100 or more that remain in your iStock.com account on January 31, 2015 will be paid to you on the first monthly payment, provided that you have selected a payment option. The first monthly payment will occur on February 25, 2015.
If you do not select a payment option and your balance is $100 or more, an invoice will still be generated every month and stored in our financial system, and your account balance on iStock.com will still decrease by the invoice amount. Once you provide the information, any pending invoices will be paid. Please note that the total pending amount may not exceed $10,000 USD if your payment method is PayPal.
Once the new features are live on January 22, 2015, we recommend you do the following:
You will see two new links in the Contributor Tools section of your profile page on iStock.com: Payment Information and Tax Interview. We recommend that you click on both of the links and provide the information required at your earliest convenience.
In addition to the two links, you will notice that your public and private account profiles have been merged into one interface. We recommend that you review your account details, specifically your public display options.
Additionally, please check your copyright preferences at that time (Preferences > My Uploads > Copyright Owner) to ensure they are still correct, particularly if there have been changes to the Company field on your profile and you have Business Name listed as the Copyright Owner.

Please note that, after January 22, 2015, changes to your name and company must be made by contacting
contributorhelp@gettyimages.com.

If you move from one country to another, you can update your country of residence by completing the Tax Interview using your new address (including new country).
All other inquiries, please create a Support Ticket as you have in the past.
