ส่ง passport ไม่ผ่านสักทีครับขึ้นขอความแบบนี้ (มือใหม่)

ช่วยด้วยครับ ขึ้นขอความแบบนี้มา2ครั้งแล้ว 10รูปสอบผ่านแล้วเหลือแต่ passport

ข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น ชื่อ ที่อยู่ ไม่ตรงกับในพาสปอรตครับ ดูจากข้อมูลเขาจะยึดที่อยู่ในพาสปอรต
เป็นหลักครับ ถ้าไม่ตรงต้องแจ้งเขาตามนั้นครับ

ผมจะเข้าไปแก้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวได้ตรงไหนครับ พอเข้าเว็บแล้วเขาไห้อัพพาสปอตใหม่อย่างเดียวเลยไปหน้าไหนไม่ได้เลย

เข้าเวบ login หน้า contributor ได้ใช่ใหมครับ ถ้าได้ เมนูที่ชื่อเรามันก็มีเมนู
account setting เมื่อเข้าไปได้แล้วมันก็จะมีลิ้งค็ Change of address form
อยู่ในบรรทัดแรกๆ

ถ้า login เข้าส่วนของ contributor ได้ก็ตามนี้ครับ

ไปหน้าไหนไม่ได้เลยครับนอกจากหน้านี้

ถ้าไม่ได้ พิมพ์อีเมล์ ไปแจ้งเค้าก็ได้นะครับ

พิมที่อยู่ภาษาอังกฤษไช่ไหมครับ หรือภาษาไทย

เป็นเหมือนกันเลยค่ะ ส่ง passport เรื่อยๆ มาอาทิตย์นึงแล้ว ยังไม่ผ่านเลยค่ะ
